Iran War: The End of America and the West as we know it

Marco Rubio said: we knew that if somebody (the US or Israel) would attack Iran that Iran would retaliate by striking US targets. So we attacked Iran first. How about telling Israel not to attack?

First it’s about nuclear weapons, then about Israel’s security, then about the Iranian protesters getting killed, now it’s about nuclear weapons again. But Trump said in July 2025 they “eliminated” the Iranian nuclear program. So, Trump lied then or he admitted they don’t know what they have (until after a ground invasion).

The Iranian people are overwhelmingly supporting the Iranian government. Almost no one thinks they are being liberated. It is primarily refugees living abroad who support the US invasion. Footage of pro-government demonstrations in 2026 has been manipulated and falsely presented as anti-government protests (see below).

The US/ Israel narrative stated the Iranian people would rise up once Khamenei was dead, but even after the top 50 people were killed, no body is rising up.

The US is losing the war and is getting pushed out of the region. They are already running out of precision defence missiles.

Meanwhile, 44 to 46 million Muslims live in Europe, millions will side with the Shiite Iranians and unleash their hatred on the European population.

Pro-government protests or neutral gatherings in Iran was manipulated and falsely presented as anti-government protests. A Grok search:

For example, Persian-language TV channels based abroad, such as Iran International, have been accused of altering videos by removing original audio and adding fake voiceovers with anti-regime chants like “Death to the Dictator” or calls for monarchy restoration, even when the original footage showed pro-government sentiments or unrelated events.

A specific viral clip from Tehran was reportedly changed to suggest support for exiled crown prince Reza Pahlavi, creating a misleading narrative of organized opposition.

Additionally, AI-generated audio overlays have been used to add anti-regime slogans to footage of silent crowds or those chanting neutral phrases, misrepresenting pro-government rallies or apolitical assemblies as explicit anti-government demonstrations.

These tactics are part of broader disinformation efforts during the protests, including decontextualization by Western and exile media outlets that amplify narratives of regime collapse while downplaying pro-government support.

On the other side, pro-regime actors have also engaged in misinformation, such as sharing AI-generated videos purporting to show massive pro-government counterprotests that were fabricated, or inflating crowd sizes at actual rallies.

Furthermore, non-Iranian footage—like a video from Greece in 2025 or one from Nepal—has been falsely presented as depicting anti-government actions in Iran, adding to the confusion.

Overall, the 2026 protests in Iran have been rife with cross-side disinformation, fueled by internet blackouts and AI tools, making verification challenging.

Outright factual lie: “The Iranian people are overwhelmingly supporting the Iranian government. Almost no one thinks their are being liberated.” For someone who was against pushing a narrative during Covid, you sure are pushing a narrative (confirmation bias) and seems you don’t mind “bending the facts” a little or a lot for it.
