In all of Washington, are there no facilities to house a few National Guards till the 20th of Jan.?

In addition to the emergency declaration for Washington DC, Trump also declared yesterday “that a major disaster exists” in 4 additional States ‘because of natural disasters’ that occurred between August and Oct 2020.
